- Free support calls may be limited in our discretion to 15 minutes per call. Free support is limited to a total of 1 hour per day and 3 hours per week. Support above this amount will incur additional charges at $195/hour.
- Support will be available via portal, email, or telephone, from the hours of 9AM to 5PM ET Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
- Only Technical-support issues are covered by free Technical Support. In-depth questions on product functionality or business best practices require a training session (additional fees apply).
